Who is Spirit Dreaming?
Spirit Dreaming is able to design specific programs to best maximise the outcomes for participants, community and the Contracting Organisation. A great deal of importance is placed on providing a flexible service delivery as each community should be treated individually.
We specialise in programs that relate, but not limited to Aboriginal case management, health, wellbeing and education.
Spirit Dreaming Australia primarily employ Aboriginal Staff on a contract basis and we place great importance on flexible service delivery. Non-Aboriginal Staff may be employed on rare occasions when no suitable Aboriginal person can be found.
Staff are contracted based on their experience, skills and suitability for specific programs. Experience has proved that not all personalities are able to deliver the large range of the programs offered by Spirit Dreaming. Therefore we look for the most suitable person for each particular program or contract, thus ensuring a high quality of service delivery.
